The challenge was to integrate operational and safety data into an accessible system that consolidated information from various sources and presented it clearly to the shop floor employees.
The project aimed to implement Industry 4.0 solutions at Metalsa's truck manufacturing plant, through a backoffice portal and an interactive totem system, to optimize communication and operational efficiency.
The system significantly improved internal communication and operational safety, resulting in recognition for improved safety practices.

We developed an interactive totem with a large screen, using Power BI to display real-time machine statistics and safety alerts, facilitating interaction and informed decision-making.
