However, as time passed, an uneasiness began to settle in their hearts. The incessant ambition that drove them to reach new heights in their professional careers began to give way to a deep need to create something of their own, something that was an extension of their original passion for technology and innovation.

It was then that, in 2012, they decided to take a leap of faith and found their own mobility startup.‍

They were not alone in this endeavor; they had other equally passionate and visionary partners. Together, they gave life to App Meia Bandeirada, a company dedicated to revolutionizing the way people move around cities. With a clear vision and a committed team, they worked hard to develop smart and affordable mobility solutions.

The path was not without challenges. The entrepreneurship journey was full of ups and downs, but André and Rafael were determined to overcome each obstacle that arose. With a lot of effort and a customer-oriented approach, the Company began to gain notoriety in the market, attracting more than 10 Million in investments.

Over the years, the startup gained more than 500 thousand active users, and its success was evident. However, even with this success, André and Rafael realized that something essential was missing in their lives. The relentless pursuit of growth had taken the company to remarkable heights, but the original flame of passion and innovation was fading.

It was during this moment of reflection that André also decided to dedicate part of his time to his academic career. He saw the opportunity to contribute to knowledge in his field and inspire young minds to follow in his footsteps. This decision brought a new balance to his life, allowing him to feed both his passion for technology and his thirst for learning.

André and Rafael continued to lead the Company with determination, but now with a more balanced perspective. They realized that true success was not just measured in numbers, but also in how they kept alive the passion that had led them on this journey in the first place.

This was the main reason for closing the old company and creating something innovative with the new perspectives found, that is, developing something fully aligned with its objectives and values.
