Created in 1999, the Instituto Social para Motivar, Apoiar e Reconhecer Talentos (Ismart) is a private, non-profit entity that identifies young low-income talents, aged 12 to 15 years old, and grants them scholarships in private schools of excellence. Additionally, it provides access to professional development and guidance programs, supporting students from elementary school through to university.
